Horizontal Type Coil Painting Machine

General Description:

The Cedit Bobbin Dyeing Machine is used for dyeing synthetic and cellulosic fiber yarns (such as Polyester, Nylon, Silk, Mercerized Cotton, Viscose, Angora, Cashmere, etc.). 

All painting operations are automatically controlled by PLC panels. Temperature, painting time, flow direction, pressure, and other control parameters are controlled by automatic valves. 

Technical Specifications;

• The operating pressure is 3.8 bar.
• The maximum operating temperature is 130 °C.
• All components in contact with the painted float are made of AISI 316 Stainless Steel.
• The lid has a pneumatic opening and closing system and a manual locking system.  
• The cover is equipped with a safety lock to prevent it from being opened before the system pressure is relieved.
• The system can be operated fully automatically or manually.\

Capacity:
We have flexible production capabilities with quantities ranging from 1 kg to 6000 kg.
