Coil Gradient Machine (Multicolor)

It has a standard dyeing capacity of 4 colors. Capacity can be increased upon request. It is designed for multi-color dyeing of all types of yarn. Dye penetration into the bobbin is achieved through a vacuum pump and pressurized air.

The paints are filled into pressurized containers and conveyed to the paint collectors by static pressure without the need for any pumps. This process is controlled by time relays and pneumatic on-off valves that allow for precise adjustments.

The coil is automatically positioned into the mold by pistons to ensure a complete seal. With the start process, the vacuum pump and compressed air quickly infuse the paint into the coil. The machine will be equipped with maximum safety features for the operator (operator check before the start process, etc.).
